In 2025, 11 young women from different regions of Guatemala and El Salvador — Escuintla, Quiché, Jujutla, and Suchitoto — received a technical scholarship as part of their journey with SERES.

Dora Perez, our finance manager, had the opportunity to walk alongside them throughout this process and witnessed as they developed new technical skills and strengthened confidence in their ability to decide, to lead, and to envision their own future.
